You can find your member/account number on your membership card (Share Account #) or in the top right corner of one of your monthly statements.
Keeping track of your balance is easy at Oxford FCU! You do so by enrolling in digital banking. You can also use our automated telephone banking service by calling 1.888.245.4536.

All members enrolling in digital banking will need:

  • Your Social Security number
  • Your member/account number*
  • Your email address (must match what is on your account)
  • Your phone number (must match what is on your account)

*Your Member/Account Number can be found on your membership card or in the upper right corner of your monthly statement.

The second step in registering will be receiving your PIN via email.  It is very important that you can access that email account.

While logged into digital banking, select Bill Pay from the main menu. Follow the prompts to set up who, when and how much you’d like to pay!

What types of accounts can I scan deposits into?
Scanned deposits can be deposited into the following accounts:
• Share (Savings)
• Share Draft (Checking)
• Money Market
• All Purpose Club
• Holiday Club
Please note: Deposits cannot be made to a Share Certificate of Deposit or IRA

Can multiple checks be deposited per day?
With our new mobile app, you can deposit more than one check at a time! You also have the ability to add a note to the deposits for future reference.

How long should I hold onto my checks after I use Mobile Check Deposit?
Paper checks scanned using Mobile Deposit should be stored securely for 15 days. After this time, the paper check
may be destroyed.

How should I endorse items that are being deposited using Mobile Deposit?
Checks must be endorsed in the following manner:
FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY

Are there any deposit limits?
Yes, there is a daily deposit limit of $5,000.00

When will my account be credited?
Your account will be credited at the time of deposit. The first $225 of your deposit will be made available
immediately; the remainder will become available on the second business day after deposit.

Members must be enrolled in online banking and have a valid email address to access the Oxford FCU mobile banking app. Download the app then use your online banking username and password to sign on. A one-time PIN will be generated and sent to your email. Enter the PIN where indicated in the mobile banking app to complete the authentication process.
To use Bill Pay with the Oxford FCU mobile app, you must already have enrolled and set up payees through online banking. Once enrolled, log into mobile banking and choose Bill Pay.

You can see your balance and make a payment on your OFCU Visa in the new digital banking by making a transfer of funds.  You have to enroll in eZCard to see your transactions, statements and other information.
If you are locked out of eZcard, call 1.866.604.0380 and follow the prompts.
Cardholders must be enrolled in eZCard to access the OFCU VISA mobile app. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, then use your eZCard username and password to sign on.
To report a lost or stolen Oxford FCU VISA credit card, call Oxford FCU at 1.800.991.9219 Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:00PM. After business hours, call 1.800.991.4961 to report your card as lost or stolen.

To report a lost, stolen or compromised debit/ATM card, call Oxford FCU at 1.800.991.9219 Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:00PM. After business hours, call 1.800.991.9219 and press 5 or call 1.800.472.3272.

If you are enrolled in CardValet you can turn your debit card off, to prevent any transactions. If you happen to locate your card it can easily be turned back on again through the CardValet app.
To report fraudulent activity, call 1.877.253.8964.  To respond to the debit/ATM card fraud department, call 1.877.253.8964. If you reside or are traveling outside of the U.S. call collect at 973.682.2652.
