What are eStatements?
An eStatement is an electronic version of your regular Oxford Federal Credit Union statement you're accustomed to receiving in the mail. They're faster, easier to store for your records, and save paper. Our eStatements are designed to look almost identical to your traditional paper statement.

How much does OFCU's eStatement service cost?
Nothing! eStatements are free to all Oxford Federal Credit Union members.

How do I sign up for eStatements?
It's easy. Just log onto our home banking product, CU Anywhere, and click on the CU eStatements tab to enroll.

How do I receive my eStatement?
You will receive an email notifying you that your statement is available. The message includes a link to the login screen.

Will my eStatement be available if for some reason I don't receive an email notification?
Yes, we will provide an online archive of eStatements for you, available at any time you are using Oxford Federal Credit Union's website.

How do I print my eStatement?
You can print your eStatement just as you would any other domument. There is a printable icon at the top of the page in the left corner.

How do I save my eStatements?
Once you have opened the printable PDF of your eStatement, you can save it using the small disk icon of your Adobe Acrobat Reader software.

Can I receive a paper statement as well as an electronic statement?
No, once access to your eStatement is set up, your paper statement will be disabled.

When will my eStatement be available?
eStatements will be available almost immediately after the end of the month. Your eStatement should be available to you a few days after the end of the statement period.

How long will my eStatement be available?
We will build an archive of your electronic statements to include one year of history.

What security methods are used to protect my eStatement?
Your eStatement is protected in two ways. 1) Access to your statement is protected by your password. You must carefully protect your password. 2) Sophisticated encryption technology is used to protect the information while it is being sent to you. Encryption is a method of scrambling (and then unscrambling) digital information to prevent unauthorized viewing.

What if I want to cancel my eStatement?
You can cancel eStatements at any time by contacting Member Services either by telephone, in person or in writing. Once notification is received you will be removed and will begin receiving paper statements again via US mail, effective with the next scheduled statement.

Can my eStatement be sent to more than one address?
Currently our system only supports one email address per account for electronic statements.

Click on the CU eStatements tab, choose CU eStatement Preferences and enter your new e-mail address

Will I be able to get credit card statements via eStatements?
Our electronic statement program does not currently include credit card information. You can access your credit card statement online through the eZcard program on our homepage.
