Your Credit Union's 72nd Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Muskie Auditorium, Mountain Valley High School,Rumford, Maine. The Board of Directors appointed a Nominating Committee on November 17, 2009. Randy Hotham is Chair of the Committee, with Michael Madore, Kim Davis and Cindy Giroux also serving.The Nominating Committee has nominated incumbents Anthony "Tony" Koris, Owen Melville and Vera Parent to the Board of Directors as well as current Associate Board Member, Brian Carrier. All potential board members have been contacted and have agreed to have their names placed in nomination for election, and will serve as director, if elected.
