Fraud Alert

Some OFCU members have reported that they have received automated messages asking them to provide card account numbers and PINs to avoid deactivation of their cards. This increasingly common scam using voice mail is know as VISHING.

This is a fraudulent e-mail, telephone, or text message scam in which members have been told their accounts are being suspended. Just to remind our OFCU members:

Oxford Federal Credit Union will NEVER ask for your password or account numbers in an unsolicited email or phone call.
Oxford Federal Credit Union will not initiate an email pertaining to your accounts with us or containing any other sensitive information.
