Hannaford Bros. has announced a security breach of approximately 4.2 million debit and credit cards used at its stores. Rest assured, the security of our members accounts is a priority with OFCU.

DEBIT CARDS: Members that have an OFCU debit card - if your debit card was affected by this security breach, you should receive a new debit card in the mail. A new PIN will also be mailed. All members with a debit card - please double-check your statements (December to March) and alert us to any unknown charges.

CREDIT CARDS: Members that have OFCU credit card - if you believe that your credit card was affected by this security breach, please contact OFCU at (207) 369-9976 or (800) 991-9219.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT OXFORD FEDERAL CREDIT UNION WILL NEVER CALL OR E-MAIL YOU ASKING FOR PERSONAL OR ACCOUNT INFORMATION. USE CAUTION IF YOU RECEIVE ANY INQUIRY EITHER BY PHONE OR E-MAIL. NEVER PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT THE SITUATION IS LEGITIMATE.

Personal identification information was NOT compromised during this breach.
You are protected if you have fraud on either your Debit or Credit Card account provided you notify us of the unauthorized transaction.
You should continue the practice of reviewing your statements for accuracy.
