This Credit Union is member owned and managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. This board is elected at the annual meeting. Each member has one vote, regardless of his/her investment. Members in good standing are eligible to run for any available seat on the Board of Directors.
Our Volunteer Supervisory Committee's primary responsibility is to determine that the credit union is soundly managed and that members' assets are safeguarded. Would you like to volunteer for your credit union? We are accepting applications for membership on our Supervisory Committee. If you would like to know more about this committee, contact the Credit Union, or by e-mail at oxford@ofcu.org. The Board and Supervisory Committee meet monthly.
